How to Get Started

Step 1. Complete a Phone Intake

The first step is to do a meet and greet over the phone, which generally takes about 15-20 minutes. We are usually available Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. If we do not answer the phone, please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Or, if it’s easier for you, please fill out our intake request form and we will contact you within a few days. Thank you!

Step 2. Get Matched to a Therapist

After we speak with you and get a sense of who you are and who would be best for you, we will match you with a therapist that fits your needs. Your therapist will reach out directly to you within three business days of your intake call.

Step 3. Schedule Your First Appointment

You and your therapist can schedule appointments as you both see fit.
