Anxiety & Depression Counseling

Anxiety is a physical, emotional, and cognitive state of uneasiness, fear, and/or worry. Anxiety is a logical reaction to stress, and can even help an individual cope with difficult changes or surprises that arise in life. However, when this anxiety becomes excessive and/or irrational, it can adversely affect how we function in our day-to-day lives. When this occurs, it is maybe an anxiety disorder.

At Denver Family Institute, we provide affordable, low-fee, effective anxiety counseling services to help you manage your anxiety and find peace in an often stressful world. Contact DFI today for more information.

Depression is a serious condition that affects the mind, body, behaviors, and mood. Individuals suffering from depression are not simply experiencing mood swings, and these symptoms cannot simply be wished away. However, most people respond to appropriate treatment. It is essential that loved ones are supportive, understanding, and patient.
