DFI COVID 19 Update

Effective March 16th, DFI has made the difficult decision to close our clinics until further notice.
Student therapists are offering Teletherapy services during this time. If you are a current DFI client, please reach out to your therapist for more information and to see if Teletherapy is a good option for you during this time. If you are a prospective client seeking mental health services, please note that we do have a current client waitlist, however, it is recommended that you email  intake@denverfamilyinstitute.org to be added to this waitlist. Additionally, we will add a link to a list of local counselors who are currently providing Teletherapy services and offer a sliding scale payment option. If you are a practitioner and would like to be added to this referral list, please complete this short google form.

Affordable mental health services are needed now more than ever. Click here to provide a subsidized teletherapy session to a client in need.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, please call the Colorado Crisis Line, at 1-844-493-TALK, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, at 1-800-273-8255, or dial 911.
